Visual Content Creator
- Hands-on role in video and photography production
- Create content for social media and recruitment campaigns

What you'll do
This isn't a desk-only role. It's a hands-on, varied, meaningful production role across video & photography.
Alongside the Visual Production Lead, you will capture authentic and engaging resident & team stories, and deliver some polished design assets across various channels.
Working a hybrid 4 or 5 days per week (your preference) you will have regular travel in your own vehicle to Arcare SE Qld residences.
Key Duties:
- create content for social media, recruitment campaigns, websites, advertising and brand storytelling
- create educational & promotional videos
What you bring
- A strong portfolio spanning photography, videography, and some graphic design
- Adobe Creative Suite + DaVinci Resolve
- A vibrant personality that can lead shoots and collaborate with the wider team
- Proven experience managing end-to-end campaign production from brief to delivery
- Natural storytelling with high creative and visual literacy
- Collaborative energy- you thrive in a team environment and can lead a shoot with confidence
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (preferred)
- Ability to obtain a current Police Check clearance for working in aged care
