Darebin’s premier performing arts hub is looking for someone with great customer service and event delivery skills to help deliver our exciting programs.

About the role:
The Visitor Services Officer provides customer service and venue support across the Northcote Town Hall Arts Centre to patrons, customers, artists and hire clients. If you are friendly, engaging and love interacting with creative people, then this role is for you.

You will:
• Usher for events and performances
• Serve alcohol in our FOH bar in line with RSA standards
• Assist with room setups/pack-downs and general venue maintenance
• Be the first port of call for all visitors and venue users at our front reception desk
• Assist with administration, event planning and box office duties where required

About you:
• At least one year’s experience in face-to-face customer service delivery, including point of sale systems and food/beverage operations
• Experience in a cultural facilities environment
• Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate
• A current employee Working with Children Check
