Warehouse Manager

An established business in Hallam is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to take ownership of day to day warehouse operations. This role goes beyond stock and dispatch, you'll be the driving force behind team culture, safety and accuracy across the warehouse floor.
You'll be accountable for accurate goods in and out processes, inventory management, and warehouse standards, while acting as the site's advocate for health and safety. This is a role for someone who leads by example, builds genuine team unity, and takes real pride in getting the detail right.

What you'll be doing

• Ensure goods in and out processes are systematically followed
• Act as the HSE advocate within the warehouse
• Build team unity and lead by example
• Handle relevant administrative tasks accurately
• Liaise with senior management on issues affecting team dynamics
• Monitor inventory movements to the highest level of accuracy
• Improve warehouse layout, planning and inventory levels
• Run precise stock takes and counts to improve accuracy
• Maintain and continually improve warehouse standards
