Waterproofer - Sydney

JV Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Waterproofers to work across a range of commercial construction projects throughout Sydney, with some residential work also available.
We're looking for hands-on waterproofers with experience applying membrane systems, preparing surfaces and delivering quality waterproofing across construction sites. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for ongoing work with a busy team.
The Role

• Applying liquid and sheet membrane waterproofing systems across commercial and residential projects.
• Preparing concrete substrates and surfaces prior to membrane application.
• Waterproofing concrete structures and other areas requiring protection against water ingress.
• Following project specifications, installation procedures and site safety requirements.
• Working alongside site teams to deliver quality workmanship and reliable results.

What We're Looking For

• Previous hands-on experience in waterproofing.
• Experience with liquid membranes, sheet membranes or other commercial waterproofing systems.
• Experience across commercial construction is preferred, with residential experience also valued.
• An understanding of surface preparation and correct membrane application techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• A reliable, hardworking attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Construction White Card and a willingness to work across Sydney.

What's On Offer?

• $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience.
