What you'll do
As part of our workshop team, you'll handle a range of custom fabrication jobs - no production line repetition here!
Key responsibilities:
- Perform GMAW and FCAW welding
- Operate workshop machinery (guillotine, press brake, rollers, crane)
- Read and interpret technical fabrication drawings
- Complete custom jobs independently and to deadline
- Maintain safety, quality, and workmanship standards
What we're looking for
You're a skilled, motivated welder who takes pride in precision and quality. You can work independently, think on your feet, and enjoy variety in your workday.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 2 years' welding experience
- Strong ability to interpret drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and finish
- Driver's licence required
- Forklift ticket preferred (not essential)
- Bonus: Additional tickets or machinery experience

- Competitive hourly rate - commensurate with skills and experience, with pay between $79,000 - $85,000 per year
