A well-established Brisbane law firm is seeking an experienced lawyer to join its Litigation, Wills & Estates practice.
This role offers a diverse mix of contentious and non-contentious work, including litigation, estate planning, estate administration, succession disputes, and planning-related matters.
It is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to broaden their expertise while working closely with experienced practitioners in a collaborative environment.
You will be involved in:
- Estate disputes and family provision applications
- Probate and estate administration
- Drafting wills, enduring powers of attorney and succession planning documents
- Advising clients on asset protection and estate planning strategies
- Planning and related property matters
- Managing client relationships and progressing matters with a high degree of autonomy
About You
- 3+ years' post-admission experience
- Experience in litigation and/or wills and estates
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent drafting and file management abilities
- A client-focused and commercial approach
- Admission as a solicitor in Queensland with a current practising certificate
