- Reporting to an industry leading highly acclaimed Principal, you will relish solving intellectually stimulating and interesting legal issues relating to succession law/estate planning (including wills, testamentary trusts, probate applications, administration of estates, guardianship matters, transmission applications and powers of attorney).

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- Are an admitted lawyer in Victoria+ have 3-10+ years post qualification experience (no maximum years) in wills/estates law (essential);
- have strong technical drafting, communication and negotiation skills;
- have outstanding people/relationship building skills + are client-centric.
