Hands-On Workshop Role | Great Hours | Long-Term Opportunity

Are you a hands-on person who enjoys working with tools, fixing things and seeing the results of your work?
We’re looking for a Workshop Labourer to join the Beenleigh team of a leading Construction Supplies Company. This is a great opportunity for someone with workshop, construction, mechanical or general labouring experience who wants stable full-time hours, great working conditions and an early finish every Friday!

What You’ll Be Doing:
Working as part of a busy workshop team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Repairing and maintaining construction products
• Using hand and power tools for general workshop repairs
• Cleaning, grinding, applying silicone and carrying out spray-painting repairs
• Preparing and packing pallets for customer reassignments
• Organising and maintaining storage bins and workshop areas
• Assisting with stock preparation and general yard duties
• Completing basic data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, practical and not afraid to get their hands dirty.
You’ll ideally have:

• Previous workshop, labouring, construction or manufacturing experience
• Confidence using hand and power tools
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Experience working with timber, aluminium and/or steel
• A strong focus on safety and quality
• Good attention to detail
• Basic computer, numerical and data-entry skills
• Reliable transport and a current driver’s licence
• Full Australian working rights
• The ability to start immediately or within a few days
