About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients across industries such as logistics, warehousing, manufacturing and supply chain.

This is a hands-on role combining strategic account management with operational oversight, ensuring consistent service delivery, workforce coordination and compliance, while identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships and grow accounts.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of industrial clients across NSW, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders across multiple sites
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and workforce solutions
  • Provide leadership and oversight of onboarding, inductions, rostering, timesheets and workforce coordination
  • Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site and legislative requirements
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand service offerings
  • Partner with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure consistent candidate supply and experience
  • Monitor performance, provide reporting and contribute to client reviews
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workforce outcomes and efficiency

What You Bring

Essential

  • Proven experience in industrial recruitment or workforce solutions within an account management capacity
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at different levels
  • Solid understanding of high-volume recruitment, workforce coordination and operations
  • Knowledge of industrial relations, employment legislation and safety standards
  • Strong organisational capability and ability to manage competing priorities
