Accounts Receivable Officer | Immediate Start

• Attractive hourly rate $40-$45 per hour| Immediate start required
• 3-6 month temporary role with a view to permanency

About the Role:

Working as part of a team and reporting through to the Financial Controller, your main responsibilities will include:

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes
• Raise accurate invoices for wholesale and corporate customers
• Process daily customer payments and receipts
• Maintain and reconcile the AR ledger and customer accounts
• Conduct bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Monitor debtor ageing and follow up overdue accounts
• Resolve payment issues, disputes, and customer queries
• Handle queries with internal and external stakeholders
• Ad hoc duties as required

The Ideal Candidate:

• A keen willingness to learn, develop and grow their career
• Prior experience in a similar Accounts position (3-5 years ideally)
• Excellent communication and phone manner
• High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
