Hays is partnering with a well-established organisation on the Sunshine Coast to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised professional seeking an immediate start, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured office environment, thrives on detailed administrative tasks, and prefers internal stakeholder engagement rather than a customer-facing role.
Your new role
Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will provide key administrative support within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and maintaining monthly reports and documentation
  • Advanced formatting, editing and document management using Microsoft Word
  • Providing general administrative support across the team
  • Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation
  • Learning and working across multiple internal business systems
  • Assisting with reporting requirements and process administration
  • Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and professionally

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Previous administration experience within a professional office environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Word
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach to work
  • Reliability and flexibility to commit to rostered working hours
  • A current Blue Card, or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement
