What You’ll Be Doing:
This is not a quiet, sit-back kind of Assistant Category Manager role. You’ll be right in the middle of a busy, high-volume category — helping coordinate promotions, pricing, supplier activity, category administration and commercial execution across the skincare portfolio.
One minute you’re proofing catalogue activity…the next you’re managing pricing updates, reviewing supplier submissions, analysing category performance and/or coordinating campaign activity with marketing and retail media teams.
 
You’ll support the Category Manager across:

• Promotional and campaign execution
• Pricing, product maintenance and promotional coordination
• Supplier communications and relationship management
• Category reporting, competitor analysis and sales insights
• Promotional forecasting and campaign support
• Retail media and branded activity
• Category administration and data accuracy
• Cross-functional stakeholder coordination
• Multiple projects, deadlines and competing priorities

About You:
You’re commercially switched-on, highly organised and love operating in busy retail environments where pace is everything.

You could currently be:

• An Assistant Category Manager in Pharmacy, Beauty, FMCG, Grocery, Hardware or another fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
• Or in another retail support office function….and ready to step up (or across) into this role

Most importantly, you:

• Love pace, variety and juggling priorities
• Are highly organised and detail obsessed
• Have strong numerical and analytical capability
• You are a Wizz at excel especially in V-Look Ups & Pivot Tables
• Enjoy building supplier and stakeholder relationships
• Thrive in deadline-driven environments
• Are proactive, resilient and solutions-focused
• Get excited by consumer trends and fast-moving retail categories
