The Role
Reporting to the Hospitality Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of multiple guest-facing venues, ensuring exceptional service standards and memorable customer experiences.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising front-of-house operations across multiple hospitality outlets
- Leading and motivating teams of up to 25 staff
- Supporting restaurant, lounge, tasting and retail operations
- Coaching and developing team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Driving service standards and operational excellence
- Assisting with events and premium guest experiences
- Supporting retail sales initiatives and membership programs
- Maintaining venue presentation and operational readiness
- Handling guest feedback and resolving service challenges professionally
About You
We're looking for a hospitality leader who understands premium service and can confidently adapt between different styles of service and guest experiences.
You will ideally have:
- Leadership experience within restaurants, hotels, resorts, private clubs, or premium hospitality venues
- Strong understanding of sequence of service and guest engagement
- Experience running busy services and leading front-of-house teams
- Excellent communication and people leadership skills
- A passion for coaching, mentoring and developing staff
- High attention to detail and presentation standards
- Genuine food, beverage and wine interest
- The ability to work within a structured management environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders

- Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays
