The Opportunity
Our client is a true hospitality hub within their community, recognised for excellent coffee and warm, welcoming service seven days a week.
Operating as an all-day eatery, the venue serves guests from 7am through breakfast, seamlessly flowing into lunch and dinner service.
An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Barista to join this established food and beverage operation.
In this role, you will prepare upwards of 100 coffees per day, while also assisting with soft drinks and alcoholic beverage service as required.
Our client is seeking a strong team player who consistently executes the fundamentals to a high standard and views this role as a platform for future growth and leadership opportunities.
The Candidate
- Minimum 1 year experience in a fast-paced café environment
- Confident in latte art and high-volume coffee production
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction and milk texturing
- Friendly, reliable, and able to work well under pressure
- Open availability Monday to Sunday to work a rotating roster
