Our client is a well-known Australian-owned insurance building specialist and is looking for a Residential Supervisor to manage insurance repair projects across Brisbane.

The Role:
- Oversee minor building projects including patching, paint touch-ups, and general repairs
- Coordinate trades and manage small projects from start to finish
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Support business growth and team development
About You:
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
- Trade or building background — builders strongly encouraged to apply
- Experience supervising or managing multi-trade projects
- Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and WHS
- Comfortable using project management or estimating systems
Experience in residential renovations, maintenance, estimating, scheduling, QA, and budget management will be highly regarded.
