The Agency

Our client has built a strong reputation in the Perth property market through proactive communication, quality service and long-standing investor relationships.
With plans to grow its property management division, the business is looking for someone who can bring fresh energy, new connections and a genuine focus on winning business.
You'll be joining an established agency with the systems, people and support in place to help you succeed, while having the freedom to make the role your own.

The Role

This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit back and wait for leads. Warm enquiries will be there, but we're looking for someone who knows how to create opportunities, build a pipeline and turn their own initiative into results.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking and relationship building.
• Building a strong pipeline of prospective landlords and investor clients.
• Converting warm leads, referrals and self-generated opportunities into new managements.
• Working closely with the Leasing and Property Management teams to deliver a smooth client experience.

About You

You're confident, commercially minded and motivated by winning business. You enjoy meeting new people, building relationships and seeing the results of your hard work reflected in your earnings.
You'll have:

• WA Property Management registration.  
• An unrestricted WA driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle.
• Experience in property management business development or a similar sales-focused role.
• A proven ability to generate leads, build a pipeline and secure new business.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive approach to prospecting, networking and following up opportunities.
