We are on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our Food & Beverage team. From feeding hungry thrill-seekers to delivering memorable events, you will bring your skills, fresh ideas and team spirit to a kitchen where no two days are quite the same.
What is cooking?
Working alongside our Executive Chef, you will help lead our kitchen brigade and keep things running smoothly across our food outlets and events.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching and inspiring kitchen team members to deliver great food and service.
- Bringing fresh ideas to the table through menu development, seasonal activations and creative food presentation.
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene and safety, including HACCP compliance.
- Managing stock, reducing waste and finding smarter ways to work.
- Supporting a positive, collaborative kitchen where everyone can thrive.
The secret ingredients we are looking for
You are a hands-on chef who thrives when the heat is on, loves working with people and takes pride in every plate.
You will bring a trade qualification in Commercial Cookery, a current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate/willingness to obtain and at least 2 years' experience in a similar kitchen environment, ideally across events, high-volume operations or premium dining.
You will also have sound HACCP knowledge, strong communication skills, a team-first attitude and the flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and varied shifts.
