Chef
Macelleria Newtown, 73-75 Enmore Road Newtown, is looking for a qualified Chef. The normal working hours are 38hr/week. The salary is $ 79,500.00-$85,000.00 commensurate with experience.
Requirements:
·Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or higher
·Have a passion for cooking,
·Be able to organise production schedules
·Have knowledge of Food Handling and Food Safety procedures
·Have a reliable form of transportation
·Able to Work well under pressure
·Able to demonstrate strong leadership skill and be a team player
·Need to have sound knowledge on steaks
·2 years or plus of experience in commercial cookery
