At The Star Gold Coast, we're seeking passionate and enthusiastic chefs to join our Culinary teams specialising in Asian cuisine. You will have the unique opportunity to work alongside our talented and experienced chefs, honing your skills in a fast-paced, high-energy environment in Uncle Su, where guests enjoy the freshest live seafood, hand-made lunchtime yum cha and a delicious blend of Cantonese style favourites with a selection of signature Beijing and Szechuan dishes. You will be immersed in the heart of our bustling kitchens, where you'll contribute to the creation of exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

What are we looking for

• Previous experience working with woks in a busy high-end kitchen
• Cantonese/Mandarin language skills highly regarded
• Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
