The Opportunity
As a Claims Specialist, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 100-120 claims across a diverse mix of property and motor claims, ranging from straightforward motor matters to complex property loss cases.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing claims end-to-end from lodgement through to settlement
- Conducting investigations, policy interpretation and coverage analysis
- Negotiating settlements and applying policy exclusions
- Building strong relationships with brokers, customers and external stakeholders
- Delivering fair, efficient and customer-focused outcomes
- Working collaboratively across claims, underwriting and other internal teams
This is a role for someone who enjoys critical thinking, problem solving and managing more complex claims than a standard domestic property/ motor portfolio.
