Your New RoleReporting to the Commercial Manager, you will provide practical administration across the Finance team, property functions and general office operations. This is a hands-on and varied position suited to someone who enjoys keeping processes organised, records accurate and internal stakeholders well-supported.

  • Process supplier invoices and assist with weekly payment runs.
  • Maintain financial records, expense tracking, spreadsheets and reports using Xero and Microsoft Excel.
  • Support debtor management, account reconciliations and leadership reporting.
  • Coordinate property inspections, maintenance, repairs and property documentation.
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, suppliers and service providers.
  • Support meetings, events, travel bookings, office supplies, mail and document preparation.
  • Identify practical improvements to administration processes and maintain accurate compliance documentation.

What You'll Need to SucceedYou will be an organised and dependable administrator who is comfortable moving between transactional finance tasks, property support and general coordination. You will communicate clearly, manage competing priorities and take pride in getting the detail right.

  • A relevant qualification, or at least two years of experience in administration, finance or business support.
  • Proven experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Practical experience using Xero accounting software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work across multiple priorities.

Experience in a not-for-profit or community organisation, or supporting property and facilities functions, will be highly regarded.
