Commercial Finance Business Partner

We're looking for a commercially minded Commercial Finance Business Partner to join a growing, operationally focused business in Brisbane.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to go beyond reporting and work directly with the business to improve performance, profitability and value.
You'll partner with the Divisional CEO, Group Controller and operational leaders to:

• Analyse performance, margins, purchasing and operational drivers.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling.
• Develop business cases and provide commercial decision support.
• Support synergy and value-creation initiatives for both Corporate Head office and site.
• Prepare insightful analysis for senior management and Group reviews.
• Turn financial insight into practical actions and measurable outcomes.

About You
You'll bring strong experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering, ideally within an industrial services environment.
You'll be:

• Commercially curious and analytically strong.
• Confident working with detailed financial and operational data.
• Comfortable challenging assumptions and influencing operational leaders.
• Strong in Excel, modelling, forecasting and business cases.
• Proactive, pragmatic and focused on outcomes.
