An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate level Commercial lawyer to join the cohesive and supportive legal team of a leading Australian organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the business on a broad range of commercial, compliance and governance matters including: drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of contracts; advising on legal and regulatory obligations, risk management and compliance frameworks; providing strategic advice on major projects; and supporting governance and policy development.

Strong commercial advisory and contracting experience, exemplary communication skills, a strategic, outcomes focused approach to matters, an ability to think critically, and the ability to work in a team environment are essential attributes for the role.
