Specifically, you will love taking ownership of your own practice/clients advising on:
- Intellectual property law (predominantly trade marks);
- commercial transactions including commercial contracts, corporate/business law, privacy law, employment law, defamation, non-TM intellectual property (eg copyright, designs, patents).

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- Are an admitted solicitor in Australia;
- have a minimum of 2 years (or more) experience in commercial law (essential) and intellectual property law (preferable not essential);
- have high attention to detail+ strong drafting/communication/people skills+ commercial acumen;
