Customer Service Representative (Trades)

We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join our client!

• $35.30 per hour + Super

Our client, a well-established supplier within the trade sector, is seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Representative to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to build a long-term career with a reputable organisation.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
• Process customer orders and respond to product, pricing and stock enquiries
• Follow-up sales and technical enquiries to maximise customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
• Liaise with internal sales and account management teams regarding pricing, discounts and customer requirements
• Maintain showroom displays and ensure products are presented professionally
• Assist with stock control and general showroom upkeep
• Coordinate customer communications and provide timely updates
• Support a safe and professional working environment
• Attend training sessions and product knowledge workshops as required

About You

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, retail, reception or internal sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Professional presentation and a customer-first approach
• Experience within the industrial, construction, manufacturing or trade sectors will be highly regarded
