Our cluent is modernising the systems behind its people and finances, and we're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help make it happen. This role is a 2 year contract starting as soon as possible.
You'll join a dedicated Systems Transformation Program team implementing Humanforce and Epicor. You'll be the bridge between the business and the technology, making sure the new systems and processes are fit for purpose, understood and ready for adoption.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Work with subject matter experts across HR, Finance, Operations, ICT and frontline services to elicit, analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements
- Map current-state and future-state processes, and facilitate workshops to design workflows that fit system capabilities, regulatory obligations and good practice
- Develop workflows, procedures, work instructions and operating-model documentation, including roles, accountabilities, decision rights and RACI
- Partner with data and integration leads on data readiness, cleansing, mapping and migration validation
- Support integration analysis across core systems, and validate designs against future-state processes
- Develop UAT scenarios and test scripts, coordinate SME participation and maintain requirements-to-test traceability
- Support change impact assessments, training content, cutover, go-live and early-life support
- Complete project documentation and lead a structured handover to business owners at project close
The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst on a large-scale ERP, HRIS/WFM, finance or wider systems transformation program
- Experience implementing Humanforce and/or Epicor
- Strong current-state and future-state process mapping, requirements elicitation, documentation and traceability
- Experience supporting target operating model development
- Experience with system integration analysis, data migration, UAT and business readiness
- Proven workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior leaders, vendors and technical teams
