English & Religious Education Teacher

A Permanent Full Time position within a supportive Catholic school for English & Religious Education Teachers to engage and inspire students years 7 to 12 in their learning and spiritual journey within a Catholic environment. 

• Requires: Relevant qualifications in Education and VIT Registration.
• Salary guide: $100,000 - $126,000 per annum.
• Location: Murray River

Your normal day will involve:

• Teaching English and Religious Studies: Delivering lessons on English language, literature, and Catholic religious education.
• Developing Lesson Plans: Creating engaging educational plans that integrate Catholic teachings.
• Evaluating Students: Assessing students' understanding and progress through tests, essays, and other forms of assessment.
• Managing the Classroom: Maintaining a respectful and productive learning environment.
• Supporting Spiritual Growth: Assisting in students' spiritual development and addressing their ethical and moral questions in line with Catholic values.
