Automotive Suspension Internal Sales Officer

A Permanent Full Time role within a progressive Australian company for Internal Sales Officers and Customer Service Representatives to enhance customer experiences for the automotive aftermarket accessories industry. 

• Requires: Strong phone presence and tech-savvy skills.
• Salary guide: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum.
• Location: Northern Suburbs of Melbourne.

Your normal day will involve:

• Engaging with customers over the phone and via email to provide expert recommendations and support.
• Preparing sales quotations and following up to close deals.
• Processing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Delivering outstanding customer service that strengthens brand loyalty.
• Participating in annual 4WD and automotive shows (and enjoying the excitement!).
