Your new companyAn opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Project Officer to join a high-performing team delivering strategic projects and priority initiatives.
This role sits within a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of complex projects that support organisational priorities. Working across multiple stakeholders, you will provide strategic advice, undertake research and analysis, oversee project activities and contribute to the development and implementation of key initiatives.
You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, risks and deliverables while ensuring outcomes align with broader strategic objectives. The role also offers exposure to digital initiatives, online platforms and service improvement projects, requiring strong stakeholder engagement and an ability to navigate complex operating environments.
This position will suit a confident and adaptable professional who enjoys working at both a strategic and operational level and has a proven ability to deliver outcomes in large and complex organisations.
What you'll need to succeed

  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects and programs
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Experience preparing briefings, reports and strategic advice
  • Strong research, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience supporting digital initiatives or online platforms
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes
  • Hold a valid DHS WWCC
