Wallaby Hotel in Mudgeeraba is looking for an Assistant Venue Manager and Duty Managers to join the team.
Part of Australian Venue Co., Wallaby is a busy, multi-faceted pub with a bistro, public bar, gaming, live entertainment and accommodation — a great environment to build your operational and leadership experience.

What’s on offer
$79,550–$85,000 + super, depending on the role, skills and experience
AVM – up to $5,000 annual bonus

What we’re looking for
Some experience as a Duty Manager, Supervisor or hospitality leader
A current RSA and RSG, with RMLV or willingness to obtain it if required
Experience in a busy hospitality environment — pubs, bars, restaurants, gaming or similar
A good understanding of operational standards, compliance and WHS
A hands-on leadership style and someone who enjoys working alongside their team
Someone who can stay organised and solutions-focused when things get busy
Flexibility to work a rotating hospitality roster, including nights and weekends
Most importantly, a genuine passion for hospitality, people and great service
