Your new company
A South Australian Government organisation is seeking an experienced Microsoft Intune MDM/MAM Specialist to support a key endpoint management initiative. Working within a collaborative ICT environment, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing modern device management capabilities while helping establish long-term operational support and best practices across the organisation.
Your new role
As the Microsoft Intune Subject Matter Expert, you will lead the technical delivery of the organisation's Intune environment, working closely with the Asset Team and key stakeholders to implement secure and scalable device management solutions.
Your focus will be on configuring and managing Intune across iOS, Android, and macOS devices, developing compliance policies, conditional access controls, application deployment processes, and ensuring a smooth rollout of MDM and MAM capabilities. You will also be responsible for producing technical documentation, delivering knowledge transfer sessions, and supporting the transition of the platform into ongoing operations.This position will suit a hands-on Intune specialist who enjoys owning technical outcomes and working closely with stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience designing, configuring, and administering Microsoft Intune within enterprise environments.You will bring strong knowledge of:

• Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management
• Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM)
• iOS, Android, and macOS device management
• Device compliance policies and Conditional Access
• Application deployment and corporate app store management
• Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise
• Technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational handovers

Experience managing Windows devices via Intune will be highly regarded but is not essential.
