Working with an experienced site team, the role with be site based on either a student accomodation in Nedlands or an education build in Bentley.

Your Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
- Intermediate level CA, with proven experience in a tier 1/2 main contractor environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Recent experience in commercial building
