Through their Housing and Homelessness department in Gladstone, they provide practical, personcentred support including crisis assistance, access to safe and stable housing, and pathways to longterm independence. Working closely with individuals, families, and local services, the team addresses immediate needs while tackling the underlying causes of homelessness with dignity and compassion.Your new role

Provide reception and administrative support in a busy, community-facing office environment Process invoices, maintain financial records, and assist with property maintenance administration Complete data entry and prepare compliance-related documentation and reports Manage office supplies, vehicle maintenance schedules, and general office resources Prepare meeting agendas and provide day-to-day administrative support to the team Answer phone calls and respond to customer and client enquiries Maintain accurate records and ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently Comply with workplace health and safety policies and procedures

Certificate III qualification or equivalentStrong administration and reception experienceExcellent customer service skills with a client-focused approachAbility to work in a fast-paced office environmentStrong data entry, organisational, and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyGood written and verbal communication skillsReal estate industry experience (highly regarded)What you'll get in return
