Office & Mobilisation Administrator

Canning Vale, WA | Permanent Full-Time | $85,000–$90,000 + Super

CrewSELECT is seeking a proactive and highly organised Office & Mobilisation Administrator to join an established business in Canning Vale.

This permanent position will support a five-person management team while coordinating employee mobilisation, onboarding, compliance, rosters and general project administration. It is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys variety, takes initiative and can confidently manage competing priorities.

What’s on Offer

  • $85,000–$90,000 + super, depending on experience
  • Permanent full-time employment
  • Immediate start available
  • 40-hour working week
  • Flexible hours between 7:00am and 5:00pm
  • Preferred start time of 8:00am
  • Varied role supporting management, projects and site operations
  • Canning Vale location

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee mobilisation across multiple projects
  • Liaise with site management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and mobilisation
  • Maintain accurate employee movement rosters
  • Update and manage Excel spreadsheets, including conditional formatting
  • Coordinate medicals, reference checks, training and onboarding documentation
  • Monitor employee compliance and ensure documentation remains current
  • Manage uniforms, stock levels and ordering
  • Assist Project Managers with recruitment requirements
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team

Document Control and Project Support

  • Maintain drawing registers and project documentation
  • Print, compile and distribute drawings
  • Assist with general document control
  • Maintain MDRs
  • Support tender submissions by printing drawings and compiling tender files
  • Assist with overflow administration across the business

General Operational Support

  • Arrange occasional freight bookings
  • Complete occasional business-related errands
  • Support the wider operations team as required

About You

To be successful, you will ideally have:

  • Previous administration experience within construction, electrical, engineering, mining or a similar industry
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong document control experience
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • The ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communication skills when working with office and site-based teams
  • A proactive, reliable and solutions-focused attitude
  • A willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
  • SAP experience would be advantageous but is not essential
