This physically demanding yet rewarding role requires strong attention to detail as you support the culinary team by ensuring equipment is cleaned, organised, and ready for service, while maintaining high standards of hygiene, completing cleaning checklists, and safely handling and storing chemicals and equipment to uphold a secure working environment.

What we are looking for
- Previous experience in kitchen cleaning or manual labour (highly regarded)
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques is a bonus, but not essential—we’ll provide training
- Good communication skills, with a positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability to suit business needs
