We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Stock Control & Registration Clerk / Trainee to join our team on the Gold Coast.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive administrator, an administration professional looking to enter the automotive industry, or someone with little to no relevant experience who is keen to learn and build a career with us.

About the Role

Working within our busy automotive operations, you will be responsible for ensuring vehicle stock, registrations and associated administration are managed accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Vehicle stock control and administration
  • Registration processing and documentation
  • Accurate data entry and record keeping
  • Maintaining internal systems and vehicle records
  • Ensuring processes and compliance requirements are followed
  • Managing deadlines and prioritising competing tasks

About You

  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A methodical approach to processes and compliance

  • Reliability, punctuality and a willingness to learn

You don't need to have worked in a dealership or automotive environment before.

Our experienced team will provide comprehensive one-on-one training and support you as you learn the role, our systems and the automotive industry.

You may come from an administration, reception, customer service, retail, data entry or office background - or you may simply be looking for your first opportunity in a professional office environment.

In return, we can offer:

  • An attractive salary package depending on experience
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (no weekends!)
  • 30-minute lunch break

  • Opportunity to build a career within the automotive industry
  • Work within a professional, premium automotive environment
  • Supportive and experienced team
