About Bermagui
Set in the heart of Bermagui on the beautiful Sapphire Coast, this is an opportunity to lead an established and successful holiday park in an incredible coastal location.
Directly opposite Horseshoe Bay and within easy walking distance of the town centre, shops, cafes, harbour and local amenities, the park is exceptionally well positioned for guests to enjoy everything Bermagui has to offer. The park offers a diverse mix of cabins, tiny homes and powered, ensuite and unpowered sites.
Bermagui itself is a vibrant fishing and surf town known for its beaches, boating, fishing, coastal walks, local food, arts and strong community feel. It offers the lifestyle of a genuine small coastal town while remaining a popular holiday destination.
For someone considering a move to the region, this is a genuine opportunity to become part of the local community while enjoying an enviable coastal lifestyle.
About the opportunity
The Park Manager will take ownership of the overall operational and commercial performance of Bermagui, leading the onsite team and creating a welcoming, safe and memorable environment for guests.
This is a broad, hands-on leadership role. You’ll balance the day-to-day realities of running a busy holiday park with the commercial thinking required to drive performance, identify opportunities and continually enhance the guest experience. This reflects Reflections’ broader expectation that Park Managers drive guest engagement and business growth while creating a positive, customer-focused team culture.
You’ll lead and develop the park team, manage budgets and workforce requirements, maintain high standards across safety, compliance and presentation, and build strong relationships throughout the local community.
Importantly, this isn’t a role that operates solely from behind a desk. Park life requires a leader who is visible, practical and happy to step in alongside the team when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach and develop the onsite team, creating a positive, accountable and customer-focused culture.
Take ownership of the operational and financial performance of the park, including budgets, expenditure, revenue and workforce planning.
Maintain high standards of park presentation, guest experience, safety and regulatory compliance.
Identify opportunities to drive revenue, improve service quality and enhance the overall guest experience.
Build strong relationships with community groups, suppliers, tourism partners and other local stakeholders.
Support local events, partnerships and initiatives that connect the park with the Bermagui community.
Work collaboratively with Reflections’ broader teams on projects and opportunities across the park.
Participate in the park’s after-hours/on-call arrangements as part of the broader management team.
Benefits
Onsite accommodation provided, making a move that little bit easier.
Competitive salary package.
Lead an established, high-performing holiday park in one of the Sapphire Coast’s most sought-after coastal locations.
Live and work directly opposite Horseshoe Bay and within walking distance of Bermagui’s shops, cafes, harbour and town centre.
Join an established organisation with a broader network of holiday parks across NSW.
Enjoy plenty of variety across people leadership, commercial performance, guest experience and community engagement.
Become part of a vibrant coastal community and enjoy everything the Sapphire Coast lifestyle has to offer.
