About the Opportunity 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking person/s to join our Houseperson team. This role will be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy five-star environment throughout the resorts external areas.

Key responsibilities for this role will include: 

• Perform manual handling tasks inclusive of, cleaning balconies, pathways, stairs, windows, doors and other outdoor areas as required; 

• Provide guests with additional products on request such as linen, cots, high chairs, rollaway beds, amenities or service adhoc requests; 

• Remove soiled linen and replenish linen stocks throughout the resort; 

• Check levels of linen, amenities and chemicals and stocktaking of items held by Housekeeping; and

• Perform cleaning duties in internal/external back of house and public areas as required. 

These are casual positions. 

• Standard shifts will generally be6:00am to 2:00pm or 8.00am to 4.00pm.

• Flexibility to be cross trained in public areas to cover absentisim highly regarded

What you’ll need to be successful 

• The ability to comfortably lift 20kgs and perform repetitive manual tasks safely; 

• Experience in general cleaning including best health and safety practices and chemical handling techniques; 

• A can-do attitude and a positive approach to work; 

• Strong attention to detail and solid time management skills; 

• Ability to work independently and be a proactive team member; 

• A valid Australian drivers licence (essential)
