Trade waiter
- Deliver attentive and knowledgeable service to patrons.
- Prepare and set tables, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
Senza Nome Italian Restaurant is situated among the boutique restaurant strip in Tedder Avenue, Main Beach, QLD. We have been established since 1998 and currently require an experienced and professional trade waiter to join our front of house team.

KEY DUTIES -:
The successful applicant will be responsible for-:
. Preparing and setting tables
. Welcoming and seating patrons
. Presenting menus, beverages and wine list
. Taking patrons orders
. Providing advice about food, beverages and wines
. Serving food and beverages to a high standard
. Providing professional table service
. Processing orders and payments
. Clearing and resetting tables
. Maintaining presentation and cleanliness of the dining area
. Responding professionally to customers needs
. Working closely with kitchen and front of house staff
. Supporting specialised premium dining service requirements
ABOUT YOU
You will have relevant hospitality experience and demonstrate:-
. Experience as a waiter or trade waiter
. Strong food and beverage knowledge
. Experience in a premium dining restaurant environment
. Excellent customer service and communication skills
. Immaculate presentation and positive attitude
. Ability to work effectively in a busy environment
. Ability to work full time, including evenings and weekends
Wine service and other front of house specialised experience will be highly regarded.
Gold Coast local an advantage.
The position is ongoing and available for a minimum of two years.
