- Full-Time. Wednesday to Sunday 7AM--3PM
- Earn penalty rates Saturday. Penalty rates Sunday. Every week!

THE POSITION
- Prepare, cook and serve meals in line with procedures
- Apply catering control principles; food safety, waste minimisation and cleaning
- Responsible for maintaining food safety documents
- Stock control and rotation
THE PERSON
- Knowledge of food hygiene & OH&S
- Excellent time management, organisational, communication skills
- Commitment to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture
- Must have Australian-recognised qualifications. Minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery
- Police check holder (or be willing to obtain a police check)
