Accounts Receivable Supervisor
- Lead a dynamic team in Accounts Receivable operations.
- Implement and drive team KPIs while reducing DSO.
- Provide guidance and leadership to team members.
About the Role:
An opportunity exists for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead a dynamic and highly successful team for a company in the services industry. The role will be focusing on implementing and driving team KPI's, reducing the DSO and provide guidance and leadership to a team of two. This is also a good opportunity for anyone who may be in a senior AR/Credit position, and is looking to take a step up.
Further Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the banking function.
- Process bank reconciliations.
- Manage customer enquiries and escalate as needed.
- Identify areas of opportunity to streamline processes.
- Implement continuous improvements to the AR function.
- Month end and year end reporting.
- Help train, lead and motivate team
The Successful Applicant will have:
- Well experienced in end to end Accounts Receivable processing.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
- Have excellent customer service skills.
- Good organisational skills.
- Excellent team leadership skills.
- High preference for a degree in Accounting, or studying toward CPA/CA
