Chef - Part-Time
- $33.76 Per Hour + 12% Super + Penalty Rates
- Shift: across Monday to Sunday from 5.00am-11.30am
- Location: Haymarket, Sydney

THE POSITION
- Assisting and oversee the preparation, cooking and presentation of the breakfast buffet offer within the hotel, is delivered to an exceptional standard across our menus and daily specials
- Breakfast service times 6.30am-10.00am
- Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating
- Championing the significance of allergy awareness and ensuring controls are adhered to
- Influencing food costs via portion control, waste minimisation & stock control
- Ensure the safe production of a high-quality product without comprise to the food safety guidelines provided
THE PERSON
- Chef's Trade Qualifications
- Experience within a high volume and fast paced environment
- Buffet experience within a hotel is desirable
- A comprehensive knowledge of all kitchen operations and exciting latest food trends
- Strong attention to detail, and ability to communicate to juniors & senior members of staff
- An applied knowledge and passion for understanding OHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
