Contract Administrator | National Commercial Builder
Join an established national commercial tier 3 builder with a Perth office that has been operating for over 10 years. They deliver projects valued at $10M–$20M, with projects up to $30M–$40M.

Their portfolio includes government projects, schools, art centres, sporting facilities and interesting heritage refurbishments.

About you:

• • 3–5+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator
  • Experience managing contracts, variations, progress claims and subcontractors
  • Strong commercial acumen and contract knowledge
  • A degree is preferred, but 5+ years of solid CA experience will be considered in lieu
  • Open to candidates from Tier 2, Tier 3 or established fit-out contractors, provided you have strong commercial CA experience
