Contract Administrator
About Us

You will work closely with the Store Manager and the broader retail group support team, acting as the central point for all contract-related matters at store level.
Job Duties
- Draft, review, and maintain agreements for tabletop games, toys, and collectables.
- Coordinate orders and delivery schedules with suppliers, resolving documentation discrepancies.
- Manage the store lease, track key dates, and liaise with the landlord on maintenance and compliance matters.
- Prepare and manage hire agreements and partnership contracts for in-store events and pop-ups.
- Maintain employment, casual staff, and contractor agreements in compliance with HR policies and Fair Work requirements.
- Track renewals, expiries, and payment milestones across all contracts, alerting stakeholders in advance.
- Maintain organised digital and physical records for all contracts and compliance documents, and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a contract administrator or a similar role (retail or commercial sector preferred).
- Strong understanding of contract law principles and commercial documentation.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and record-keeping.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with document management systems.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
