Recruitment Advisor - Volume

As a Volume Recruiter for ESS Remote, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume operational roles across remote sites, supporting the attraction, selection, and onboarding of talent to meet workforce demands. You will deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding, while coordinating and participating in recruitment campaigns, assessment centres, and targeted sourcing initiatives. Working closely with hiring managers and operational leaders, you will provide recruitment support, workforce insights, and practical hiring solutions to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently.

A key focus of the role is building and maintaining active talent pipelines to support current and future workforce requirements. You will also collaborate closely with your recruitment team, sharing knowledge and supporting one another to achieve outstanding outcomes. Experience using PageUp or a similar talent acquisition system will be highly regarded.

The Role:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume operational roles across the ESS Remote portfolio, ensuring workforce requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
• Coordinate and participate in recruitment campaigns and events, including assessment centres and targeted sourcing initiatives.
• Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers, providing recruitment expertise, workforce insights, and practical hiring solutions.
• Maintain and engage a proactive talent pipeline to meet current and future workforce needs.
• Collaborate closely with your team, sharing knowledge and supporting each other to deliver outstanding outcomes.
• Experience using PageUp or a talent acquisition system of a similar nature will be highly regarded.

The Person:

• Experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within hospitality, FIFO, resources, remote operations, or fast-paced workforce environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
