L’Italiano Restaurant, located in Rockingham, WA, is looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team.
About the Role
* Full-time position available, with part-time opportunities also considered
* Work in a busy, authentic Italian kitchen
* Prepare high-quality Italian dishes and handmade pasta
* Pizza-making experience is highly regarded
* Salary above the Restaurant Industry Award, based on experience and qualifications
Requirements
* Fully qualified Chef (Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)
* Proven experience working in an Italian kitchen
* Pizza-making experience is a strong advantage
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
* Must have full working rights in Australia
* Minimum of two contactable references from previous employers
* Honest, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality food and service
