Your new role
As a Business Analyst, you will partner closely with Project Managers, Coordinators and key business stakeholders to support the planning, definition and delivery of technology and operational initiatives. Key responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Eliciting, documenting and managing business and functional requirements.
• Supporting project documentation, reporting and governance activities.
• Assisting with transition to operations' activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Working across multiple projects simultaneously while managing competing priorities.
• Preparing project artefacts and maintaining traceability of requirements.
• Supporting project teams with analysis, problem-solving and delivery activities.
• Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to drive outcomes and project success.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within technology, infrastructure or project delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Proven experience gathering, documenting and managing requirements.
• The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes.
• Experience supporting multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Highly desirable experience includes:

• ServiceNow exposure.
• Power BI reporting and dashboards.
• SharePoint experience.
• Experience working within large, complex enterprise environments.
• Exposure to technology transformation, infrastructure or asset-related projects.
