Recruitment Advisor

Your New Role
Reporting to the Recruitment Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide market insights
• Creating engaging job advertisements and sourcing high-quality candidates
• Screening, interviewing and coordinating candidate assessment processes
• Managing agency relationships where required
• Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies, procedures and employment legislation
• Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reporting data
• Supporting workforce planning and recruitment projects as needed

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Previous experience in a Recruitment Advisor, Talent Acquisition Advisor or similar role
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience across a variety of position types
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities within a high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and administrative capability
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR platforms
