Location: Oxley, QLD
Hours: Casual shifts (weekends), with flexibility for additional hours across DuluxGroup businesses.
We are seeking a Brand Ambassador to support Bunnings stores across the Oxley area. This casual position offers weekend shifts, with work available on both Saturdays and Sundays. Additional opportunities for hours may arise across various DuluxGroup businesses, and you will also assist with holiday and sick leave coverage, when required. Flexibility and adaptability are essential for success in this role.
As a Brand Ambassador, you'll represent our Cabot's products in Bunnings stores, bringing our brand to life for customers. You'll build strong relationships with both shoppers and store teams, delivering outstanding customer experiences and expert product guidance. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop skills in customer engagement, product advocacy, and sales, making it an excellent stepping stone for a career in marketing, retail, or sales.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Host product demonstrations and engage customers with energy and enthusiasm
- Ordering, merchandising, and stock presentation (including manual handling)
- Maintaining in-store displays
- Ensuring products are priced and ticketed correctly
- Assist with major planogram initiatives

What We’re Looking for:
- Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hold a valid driver’s license and have your own vehicle
- Demonstrated ability to learn and effectively use technology and various digital applications and systems
- Strong time management, prioritisation skills and own initiative
