Service Administrator – Wetherill Park 2026

We are looking for a talented Service Administrator to join our Wetherill Park Service team.

This is a non-customer-facing administrative role, focused on providing day-to-day support to our Service Advisor team. You’ll be responsible for a range of administrative tasks that help keep the service department running smoothly. The only customer-facing component of the role will be providing occasional reception relief during team breaks.

This is parental leave cover contract ideally from October 2026 for 12 months, with the possibility of extension. The role is full-time and onsite 5 days a week in office.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Coordinate all aspects of mechanical workshop service administration, including opening work orders

  • Manage mechanical workshop service invoicing, job closures, and purchasing processes including purchase orders and accounts payable/receivable

  • Accurately process labour entries and support WIP/PIP management aligned with KPIs

  • Collaborate with internal departments and Customer Service Advisors to ensure smooth service delivery

  • Balance multiple tasks and deadlines while supporting branch and corporate performance targets

  • Provide backup support for the admin team during breaks, leave, or peak workload periods

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Proven experience with Accounts Payable / Receivable within a service industry

  • Proven experience in fast-paced mechanical workshop service environment, handling diverse supplier accounting inquiries

  • Strong communication skills for engaging with internal stakeholders effectively

  • Exceptional organizational skills, prioritizing conflicting tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and expectations

  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Suite; training provided on other programs

  • Automotive experience is beneficial
